From the time a blade enters IAC’s facility for repair, until the repaired blade is returned to the operator, our efforts are focused on providing the best quality repair with uncompromised flight safety at a very competitive price.

IAC’s New Location
Ground access to IAC’s northwest Fort Worth facility is via Harmon Road from SH 287 or North Tarrant Parkway from Interstate 35. The area road network is designed to handle tractor-trailer deliveries. Our facility has a wide entrance and three dock doors to simplify off-loading and loading of tractor-trailer rigs.

Our Facility. IAC's move to its Harmon Road facility more than doubles our facility size, allowing for a more streamlined workflow and more through-put.

Loading Docks. Arrival: IAC’s northwest Fort Worth, Texas, facility has easy-to-access dock doors for easy blade delivery and shipping.

IAC Warehouse. IAC's new facility provides ample warehouse space for receiving and processing blades.
Blade Processing. After blades are received, they are given an initial inspection to determine needed repairs, then placed into work.
Engineering Lab. The engineering lab contains measuring and test equipment.
Environmental Test Chamber. IAC's environmental test chamber simulates a variety of temperature and humidity conditions to test material samples.

Clean Room. Layup and bonding takes place in the clean room,
Autoclave Loading. An MD 900 main rotor blade is loaded into one of the large repair autoclaves at IAC's Fort Worth repair facility.
Autoclave Controls. IAC has a variety of repair autoclaves that allow us to make repairs on unlimited contours, with varying temperatures and pressures.
Paint Booth Interior. IAC's paint shop provides professional paint services, including high-visibility paint schemes.

Balance Room. The balance room contains balance fixtures, equipment, and master blades to balance the blade repaired at IAC.
Large CNC Milling Machine. The large CNC milling machine allows us to make blade-length tooling and parts, and to machine parts of blades while still installed.
Small CNC Milling Machine.
The small CNC machine can make various repair parts and fittings.
IAC Spares Storage. IAC keeps a stock of spare parts to repair most rotor blades.
